(1) Pairing with Prinker device must be connected by Prinker app, not through the Bluetooth connection in the smartphone's own settings.
If the smartphone is connected to own settings, the device search and connection may be delayed or disconnected.
(2) If you use 2.4 GHz, there is a high possibility of communication failure due to radio wave interference because Bluetooth uses the 2.4 GHz bandwidth.
Therefore, catch and use 5GHz WiFi or use a mobile network to reduce the possibility of such interference.
(3) If you try to connect to the Prinker device while the Wearable device is connected, the connection may be delayed. so please turn off the other Bluetooth device.
If the same error comes up, please reinstall the app, or reboot the mobile device.
