Cartridge error pop-up appears when the cartridge is damaged.
If the nozzle is damaged, contact point (wire bonding) could be melted while use.
Since the device has safeguard to cut off the power when it detects the overload, it could not damage on skin.
The broken cartridge might damage your device, so please don’t put it on the device again.
