Please send your order number and new shipping address to sales@prinker.net, and we will make the changes for you.
However, it is not possible to change the shipping address for products that have already been shipped.

You can modify the shipping address before the 'Shipping Preparation' stage.
Once shipping has started, the address cannot be changed.
In that case, please return the item and place a new order.
